About the Project.

A real-time surveillance system that uses YOLOv11 and YOLOv11 PoseNet with XGBoost to detect shoplifting behavior. When potential theft is identified, the system triggers an audible alarm and sends detailed email reports with visual evidence to store management. Features multi-person tracking and behavior pattern analysis to reduce false positives.
